Creative Autumn Workshop

This workshop will help you become a more creative photographer this autumn.

In 20 finely curated lessons, you will learn how to create 20 different creative photos from beginning to end - and also how to adapt them so that each time you create a selection of photos in the same setting by swapping the subjects and/or props (the props are all the things that you either have access to in nature or that you have lying around in your house).

You’ll learn how to use light, composition and camera settings to create the photos covered in the workshop. You’ll learn the basics of photography and beyond and create eye-catching, professional-looking photos in the process.

Essentially, the idea behind offering you this workshop is to ensure that you have a whole bunch of stunning-looking photos in a few weeks from now and to build your confidence as a photographer so that you can master any photography situation creatively and with confidence.

Learn how to:

develop creative ideas
select the best camera settings for the project with the light that’s available
select the best focal length
understand your options in any given light situation
use editing techniques to bring out the best in your autumnal photos
set up the composition
decide which perspective suits the set-up most

+ Which type of camera do I need to take part?

Any camera which is capable of taking a picture – yes really, you don’t need expensive equipment to capture creative autumnal photography.

+ Is this workshop more for beginners or for experienced photographers?

It's for anyone who owns a camera and wants to hone their photography skills this fall to make the most of the most photogenic time of the year. Beginners can look forward to a workshop where they will learn everything they need to know and try out what they have learned on exciting projects. Experienced photographers will learn new methods and ideas and can further refine their skills.

+ I have a busy few weeks ahead of me and don't know if I will have time for these workshops. How long will I have access to the content?

+ What image editing program will you use to demonstrate?

The workshop only briefly covers image editing. But any demonstrations will be with Adobe® Lightroom® - much of what I explain can be applied to other image editing programs, but not all of it - but don't let that scare you away.
