HOME photography is perfect for four reasons:
You, the photographer, can create images whenever you feel like it, without having to get dressed, leave the house or travel somewhere.
A homey environment is currently particularly appealing, thanks to the way the world is right now. Others want and need the inspiration that your “home” photography can give them.
There is no better place to be creative than somewhere you feel comfortable and content. This is your home.
Your home is already your “style.” Why leave home to search for things that match your taste when you have the perfect backdrop right at your fingertips?
Leave your pyjamas on and just grab your camera and start by going through one of the many cool photography ideas introduced in this workshop.
Hi, I’m Dawn Hänsch,
founder of Girls with Cameras and SOOP and also the creator of this beautiful workshop
I love developing creative ideas – but unfortunately, it took me many years to recognize the full potential of my own four walls in terms of photography.
Over the years, I've come to realize that it's not the flashiest objects that typically produce the best photographs, but rather that it's the simplest things that tend to yield the best results.
Some of the best photographs I've ever taken came about after analysing the potential in my home.
I look forward to sharing my experiences and insights with you in this exciting new workshop.
Dawn xx
